Day 1 Istanbul - Munich - Milan
Day 1

Istanbul - Munich - Milan

After meeting at Istanbul Airport, the group flies to Munich. Upon arrival, the overland journey to Milan begins by private coach. After traveling through Alpine scenery, a panoramic Milan city tour is held. Duomo di Milano, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, and Castello Sforzesco are seen from the outside. After a short period of free time, transfer to the hotel is provided.

Day 2 Milan - Venice

Milan - Venice

After breakfast, the group departs for Venice by private coach. Upon arrival, the historic center is explored on foot. St. Mark’s Square, St. Mark’s Basilica, the Doge’s Palace, Rialto Bridge, and the Grand Canal are among the main highlights. A gondola tour may be arranged depending on availability. At the end of the day, the group checks in at the hotel.

Day 3 Venice - San Marino

Venice - San Marino

After breakfast, the group leaves Venice and departs for San Marino, one of Europe’s smallest and oldest republics. Upon arrival, the narrow streets reflecting the medieval atmosphere are explored. San Marino Castle, the historic city walls, and panoramic viewpoints are visited. After free time, transfer to the hotel is provided.

Day 4 San Marino - Florence

San Marino - Florence

After breakfast, the group departs for Florence. Upon arrival, a panoramic tour begins in the city where the Renaissance was born. The Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, and the area around the Uffizi Gallery are visited. After free time, transfer to the hotel is provided and accommodation takes place in Florence.

Day 5 Florence - Pisa - Siena - Rome

Florence - Pisa - Siena - Rome

On this day, the group leaves Florence and travels to Rome via Pisa and Siena. In Pisa, the Campo dei Miracoli and the area around the Leaning Tower are visited, while in Siena the historic city atmosphere and squares are explored. Afterwards, the group continues to Rome and checks in at the hotel for accommodation.

Day 6 Rome - Vatican

Rome - Vatican

After breakfast, a Rome city tour is held. The Colosseum, Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Piazza Venezia are among the main highlights. The program then continues to the Vatican, where St. Peter’s Basilica is visited. At the end of the day, accommodation takes place in Rome.

Day 7 Rome - Naples - Pompeii

Rome - Naples - Pompeii

After breakfast, the group departs for Naples. Upon arrival, the Bay of Naples and the city center are seen during a panoramic city tour. Afterwards, the program continues to the ancient city of Pompeii, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where the ancient streets and ruins are explored with a guide. At the end of the program, the group checks in at the hotel in Naples.

Naples - Istanbul

After breakfast, return preparations are completed. Transfer to the airport is arranged according to the flight schedule, and the Italy tour program ends with the return flight to Istanbul.

NOTES

  • Passengers traveling to Asia for tourism purposes must have health insurance.
  • A passport valid for at least 12 months is required for international travel. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry is not permitted with torn or worn-out passports.
  • For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 12 months and all documents listed in the “Required Documents for Visa” list—which can be obtained from our agencies—must be submitted to the agency in full, with written approval, at least one month before the tour departure date.
  • The visa must be obtained from the country of first entry for the tour or the country where the longest stay will take place; otherwise, PASSWORLD is in no way responsible if passport control officials deny entry to the country.
  • In the event of tour cancellation, visa and insurance fees are non-refundable.
  • PASSWORLD acts solely as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers; it bears no responsibility if a visa is not approved for any reason, is not issued in time, or contains errors, and the traveler has no right to compensation from PASSWORLD under any circumstances.
  • PASSWORLD acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955.
  • During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number listed on the passport must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information.
  • Any ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will result in a no-show fee charged to the passenger.
  • Flight times are subject to change prior to departure, and passengers must contact the main office in writing to confirm all times at least 48 hours before the departure date.
  • The destination city may vary. PASSWORLD cannot be held responsible for any schedule changes or possible delays made by the airlines.
  • PASSWORLD is not responsible for changes in domestic connecting flights experienced by guests who have not confirmed their flight times and itineraries.
  • For group tickets, the airline’s policy applies: if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.
  • The standard checked baggage weight limit for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This limit may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. For domestic flights within the destination country, this limit may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight and fee policies are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of PASSWORLD.
  • If the number of participants for a package tour is insufficient, the consumer will be notified of the tour cancellation 10–20 days in advance.
  • The tour itinerary listed in the program is an example; changes to the tour route may occur. City sightseeing tours may be conducted the following day(s), depending on the arrival time. The excursions listed in the program may be rescheduled to a different day at the guide’s discretion for any reason.
  • Optional tours may be conducted provided there is a minimum of 10 participants; if participation is lower, they may be conducted at the guide’s discretion, and prices may be adjusted if necessary. PASSWORLD cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of such excursions or tours.
  • Optional tours along the route will take place provided at least 10 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be waited for at the rest stop.
  • Tours or excursions that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not take place. PASSWORLD cannot be held responsible if these tours or excursions cannot be conducted.
  • Admission fees for museums and historical sites are not included in the prices.
  • PASSWORLD reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the star rating remains the same.
  • All hotel names listed in the programs are examples of similar hotels and are provided to illustrate the star rating and distance. This does not imply that accommodation will be provided at the specifically named hotel.
  • In triple rooms, an extra bed is provided; the third bed is smaller than a standard bed and is a fold-out bed.
  • The child discount applies only to children within a specific age group staying with two adults.
  • If children under the age of 18—who are not considered legally competent—are not accompanied by one or both parents on the tour, they must carry the necessary consent forms with them during the trip.
  • In the event of cancellation or changes, the “PASSWORLD Sales Agreement” applies.
