Important Information About the Dubai Visa

  • Turkish holders of special (green), service (grey), and diplomatic (black) passports may enter the UAE visa-free for up to 90 days.
  • Dubai visas are issued electronically (E-Visa).
  • Travelers must present both their passport and approved E-Visa upon arrival.
  • The same visa fee applies to all applicants, including children.
  • Standard processing time is 2–3 business days.
  • Express Visa services may provide approval within 24 hours in urgent cases.
  • A tourist E-Visa does not permit employment or residence in the UAE.

Who Can Enter Dubai Without a Visa?

The following travelers may enter the UAE without obtaining a visa in advance:

  • Citizens of certain countries eligible for Visa on Arrival

Turkish citizens are not eligible for Visa on Arrival and must obtain the appropriate visa before traveling unless they qualify for visa exemption based on their passport type.
