Day 1 Istanbul - Seoul

Istanbul - Seoul

Participants meet at Istanbul Airport before the flight, and passport and baggage procedures are completed. After arrival in Seoul, the group is welcomed at the airport and transferred to the hotel by private vehicle. After check-in, the day concludes with accommodation.

Day 2 Seoul

Seoul

After breakfast, the group departs to explore Seoul, the capital of South Korea. Gyeongbokgung Palace and the National Folk Museum of Korea are seen panoramically. Afterwards, Bukchon Hanok Village is visited to experience traditional Korean architecture up close. The program then continues to N Seoul Tower on Namsan Mountain, where participants enjoy the impressive city view. Later in the day, free time is provided on Myeongdong Shopping Street.

Day 3 Seoul - Osaka

Seoul - Osaka

After breakfast at the hotel, the day begins with a visit to Changdeokgung Palace. Afterwards, Joseon-era lifestyle and culture are explored at Namsangol Hanok Village. The War Memorial of Korea is visited to examine important periods in Korean history. Depending on program availability, after free time in the Gangnam district, the group transfers to the airport for the flight to Osaka.

Day 4 Nara and Osaka

Nara and Osaka

After breakfast, the group sets out for a full-day Osaka and Nara tour. The first stop is Todai-ji Temple in Nara, followed by time at Nara Park, famous for its freely roaming deer. Upon returning to Osaka, Osaka Castle and its gardens are visited. The day concludes in the Dotonbori district, known for its illuminated signs and lively atmosphere.

Kyoto

After breakfast, Fushimi Inari Shrine, one of Japan’s most iconic sites, is visited. After walking among thousands of red torii gates, the group continues to the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest. Later in the day, Kinkaku-ji, also known as the Golden Pavilion, is seen. Finally, the famous traditional streets of the Gion district are explored before returning to the hotel in Osaka in the evening.

Day 6 Osaka - Tokyo

Osaka - Tokyo

After breakfast, the group travels to Tokyo by Shinkansen high-speed train. Upon arrival, the Asakusa district and Senso-ji Temple are visited. The program then continues to Akihabara, one of the major centers of modern culture, where participants experience technology stores and the vibrant city atmosphere. In the late afternoon, the group ascends Tokyo Skytree to enjoy the panoramic city view and then checks in at the hotel.

Day 7 Fuji and Hakone

Fuji and Hakone

After breakfast, the group departs for the Mount Fuji region. The 5th Station, one of the area’s impressive viewpoints, is visited to experience Fuji’s majestic silhouette up close. Afterwards, Oshino Hakkai village, known for its traditional atmosphere and clear spring waters, is explored. Later in the day, the group continues to the Hakone area and enjoys a pleasant boat tour on Lake Ashi.

Tokyo

After breakfast, Meiji Shrine, one of Tokyo’s important cultural sites, is visited. The group then walks through Harajuku and Takeshita Street. A short break is taken in the Ginza district. Afterwards, in the Odaiba area, participants enjoy the view of Rainbow Bridge, visit the Gundam statue and Miraikan Museum. The day concludes at Shibuya Crossing, one of Tokyo’s liveliest spots.

After free time, return preparations are completed. At the scheduled time, the group leaves the hotel and transfers to Haneda Airport. After the flight and arrival in Istanbul, the Korea and Japan tour program comes to an end.

NOTLAR

  • Passengers traveling to Asia for tourism purposes must have health insurance.
  • A passport valid for at least 12 months is required for international travel. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry is not permitted with torn or worn-out passports.
  • To apply for a visa, you must submit a passport valid for at least 12 months and all documents listed in the visa requirements checklist—which you can obtain from our agencies—in their entirety to the agency with written confirmation at least one month before the tour departure date.
  • The visa must be obtained from the country of first entry for the tour or the country where the longest stay will take place; otherwise, PASSWORLD is in no way responsible if passport control officials deny entry to the country.
  • In the event of tour cancellation, visa and insurance fees are non-refundable.
  • PASSWORLD acts solely as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers. PASSWORLD bears no responsibility if a visa is not approved for any reason, is not issued in time, or contains errors, and the traveler has no right to claim compensation from PASSWORLD under any circumstances.
  • PASSWORLD acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955.
  • During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number listed on the passport must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information.
  • Any ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will result in a no-show fee charged to the passenger.
  • Flight times are subject to change prior to departure, and passengers must contact the main office to obtain written confirmation of all times at least 48 hours before the departure date.
  • The destination city may vary. PASSWORLD cannot be held responsible for any schedule changes made by airlines or for any possible delays.
  • PASSWORLD is not responsible for any changes in domestic connecting flights experienced by guests who have not confirmed their flight times and itineraries.
  • Airline regulations apply to group tickets; if the outbound flight cannot be used in accordance with group ticket rules, the return flight cannot be used either.
  • For most flights departing from Turkey, the checked baggage weight limit is 20 kg. This limit may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. On domestic flights within the destination countries, this limit may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight and fee rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of PASSWORLD.
  • If the number of participants for a package tour is insufficient, the tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer 10–20 days in advance.
  • The tour itinerary listed in the program is an example; changes to the tour route may occur. City sightseeing tours may be conducted the following day(s) depending on the arrival time. The excursions listed in the program may be rescheduled to a different day at the guide’s discretion for any reason.
  • Optional tours may be conducted provided there is a minimum of 10 participants; if participation is lower, they may be conducted at the guide’s discretion, and prices may be adjusted if necessary. PASSWORLD cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of such excursions or tours.
  • Optional tours along the route will take place only if at least 10 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be kept waiting at the rest stop.
  • Tours or excursions that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. PASSWORLD cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of such tours or excursions.
  • Admission fees for museums and historical sites are not included in the prices.
  • PASSWORLD reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the star rating remains the same.
  • All hotel names listed in the itineraries are examples of similar properties and are provided to illustrate the star rating and distance; they do not guarantee accommodation at the specifically named hotel.
  • Triple rooms include an extra bed; the third bed is smaller than a standard bed and is a fold-out bed.
  • The child discount applies only to children within a specific age group staying with two adults.
  • If children under the age of 18—who are not considered legally competent—are not accompanied by one or both parents on the tour, they must carry the necessary consent forms with them during the trip.
  • In the event of cancellation or changes, the “PASSWORLD Sales Agreement” applies.
