Day 1 Istanbul - Stuttgart - Heidelberg
Day 1

Istanbul - Stuttgart - Heidelberg

After meeting at the airport early in the morning, we will fly to Stuttgart. Upon arrival, the city tour begins; we will visit the Mercedes-Benz Museum and the Porsche Museum to get a close look at the development of German engineering. Afterwards, we will travel to Heidelberg, check into the hotel, and the day will end with dinner.

German Course & Heidelberg City Center

After breakfast, we will go to the language school to begin the general German course. After the lesson, we will take a walk in Heidelberg city center; we will explore Kornmarkt Square, the Karl Theodor Statue, and the area around Heiliggeistkirche. After free time, we will return to the hotel.

German Language Course & Heidelberg University Surroundings

Following the morning class schedule, a walk around Heidelberg University will be taken to observe student life and the academic atmosphere. The rest of the day will include a short coffee break in the city, followed by dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

After morning classes and a short rest, we will visit Heidelberg Castle, one of Heidelberg's landmarks. From the castle terraces, we will enjoy the view of the Neckar River, explore the historical sites, and then take a walk in the city center.

After classes at the language school, we will cross to the other side via the Old Bridge and enjoy a pleasant stroll along the famous Philosophenweg promenade with panoramic city views. Free time will follow.

Day 6 German Language Course & German Pharmacy Museum

After morning lessons, we will visit the German Pharmacy Museum located within Heidelberg Castle. Following the museum visit, we will have free time in the city and practice speaking with our classmates through social activities.

Day 7 Brussels Day Trip

Brussels Day Trip

Early morning departure to Brussels. Upon arrival, we will see important landmarks such as the Atomium, Grand Place, Manneken Pis, and the Royal Palace. After free time, we will return to Heidelberg in the evening.

Day 8 Europapark

Europapark

After breakfast, we will visit Europapark, one of the largest themed amusement parks in Europe. Throughout the day, we will experience fun activities, roller coasters, and shows in areas themed around different countries. We will return to Heidelberg in the evening.

Day 9 German Course & City Tour

German Course & City Tour

After breakfast, morning classes at the language school will begin. The afternoon will be free for relaxation and exploring the streets of Heidelberg; a short coffee break will complete the day.

After breakfast, the class schedule will be completed. The afternoon will be free for shopping and individual exploration. Return to the hotel after dinner.

Day 11 German Course & Museum Visit

After classes at the language school, a short break will be taken. Afterwards, a museum visit and a walk in the city will be enjoyed. At the end of the day, return to the hotel for relaxation and study time before dinner.

On this day of the program, morning German classes will continue. After the lesson, free time is planned for students to explore the city individually, socialize, and apply their speaking practice to daily life.

Day 13 Last Lesson Day - Stuttgart - Strasbourg

Last Lesson Day - Stuttgart - Strasbourg

After the last lesson in the morning, check out from the hotel and depart for Stuttgart. Free time is given for sightseeing and shopping in Stuttgart city center. In the evening, transfer to Strasbourg, check into the hotel, and stay overnight.

Day 14 Strasbourg - Colmar - Basel - Geneva

Strasbourg - Colmar - Basel - Geneva

After breakfast, a city tour of Strasbourg is conducted; Notre Dame Cathedral, Kammerzell House, and the Petite France district are visited. Afterwards, in Colmar, visit Little Venice, Pfister House, and the historical center. The rest of the day includes a short city tour of Basel, followed by transfer to Geneva and check-in to the hotel.

Day 15 CERN & Geneva - Istanbul

CERN & Geneva - Istanbul

After breakfast, we will visit CERN; receive informative presentations on particle physics and tour the exhibition areas. Afterwards, there will be a short free time in Geneva city center. Then we will proceed to the airport and the program will be completed with the return flight to Istanbul.

NOTES

  • Passengers traveling to Germany for tourism purposes must have health insurance.
  • A passport valid for at least 12 months is mandatory for international travel. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry is not permitted with torn or damaged passports. For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 12 months and all documents specified in the list of required documents for the visa application, which can be obtained from our agencies, must be submitted to the agency with written confirmation at least one month before the tour departure date. The visa must be obtained from the first country of entry on the tour or from the country where the longest stay will be made; otherwise, PASSWORLD is absolutely not responsible if the passport police refuse entry. In case of tour cancellation, visa and insurance fees are non-refundable.
  • PASSWORLD acts only as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers and has no responsibility whatsoever if the visa is not approved for any reason, is not issued on time, or contains errors; the passenger has no right to compensation from PASSWORLD in any way.
  • PASSWORLD acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information.
  • No-show fees for cancellations or changes to airline tickets due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
  • Flight times may change before departure, and all times must be confirmed in writing by our guests by calling the central office 48 hours before the departure date.
  • The city of arrival may vary. PASSWORLD cannot be held responsible for any schedule changes or delays that may occur by airlines.
  • PASSWORLD is not responsible for changes in domestic connecting flights for guests who do not confirm their flight times and routes. According to airline rules for group tickets, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either. Generally, the baggage allowance on flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. For domestic flights within the destination country, this weight may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of PASSWORLD.
  • If the number of participants in the package tour is insufficient, the tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer 20 days in advance. The tour route specified in the tour program is an example route and changes may occur in the tour itinerary. City sightseeing tours may be conducted on the following day(s) depending on the arrival time in the city. The excursions mentioned in the programs may be conducted on a different day/days than those specified, at the discretion of the guide, for any reason.
  • Extra tours can be conducted if there is a minimum of 10 participants; if there are fewer participants, they may be conducted at the discretion of the guide and, if necessary, with price adjustments. PASSWORLD cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of these excursions or tours.
  • Extra tours along the route will only take place if there is a minimum of 10 participants from the group. Guests who do not wish to participate will wait at the rest stop.
  • Excursions or tours that are not permitted to be visited or undertaken for any reason by local authorities will not be conducted. PASSWORLD cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of these excursions or tours.
  • Museum and archaeological site entrance fees are not included in the prices.
  • PASSWORLD reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the same star category. All hotel names mentioned in the programs are equivalents of similar hotels and are written as examples in terms of star category and distance. It does not mean that accommodation will be in the hotel with the specified name.
  • Triple rooms have an extra bed, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed and is an extra fold-out bed.
  • Child discount is only valid for children within a certain age group staying with 2 adults.
  • In cases where children under 18 years of age do not participate in the tour with one or both of their parents, it is mandatory for them to carry the necessary consent forms during the trip. In case of cancellation and changes, the “PASSWORLD Sales Agreement” applies.
