NOTES

• Passengers traveling to Switzerland & Italy for tourism purposes must have health insurance.
• A passport valid for at least 12 months is mandatory for international travel. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry is not permitted with torn or damaged passports.
• For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 12 months and all documents listed in the visa application document list (available from our agencies) must be submitted to the agency with written confirmation at least one month before the tour departure date.
• The visa must be obtained from the first country of entry on the tour or from the country where the longest stay will be made; otherwise, PASSWORLD is absolutely not responsible if the passport control officers refuse entry.
• Visa and insurance fees are non-refundable in case of tour cancellation.
• PASSWORLD acts only as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers and has no responsibility whatsoever if the visa is not approved for any reason, is not issued on time, or contains errors; the passenger has no right to compensation from PASSWORLD in any way.
• PASSWORLD acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955.
• During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated on the passport must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information.
• No-show fees for cancellations or changes to airline tickets due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
• Flight times may change before departure, and all times must be confirmed in writing by our guests by calling the central office 48 hours before the departure date.
• The city where the plane will land may vary. PASSWORLD cannot be held responsible for any schedule changes or delays that may occur by the airlines.
• PASSWORLD is not responsible for any changes in domestic connecting flights for guests who do not confirm their flight times and routes.
• For group tickets, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either, as per airline rules.
• Generally, the baggage allowance on flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. For domestic flights in destination countries, this weight may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of PASSWORLD.
• If the number of participants in the package tour is insufficient, the tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer 20 days in advance.
• The tour itinerary specified in the tour program is an example route, and the tour itinerary may be subject to change. City sightseeing tours may be conducted on the following day(s) depending on the arrival time in the city. The excursions mentioned in the programs may be conducted on a different day(s) than those specified, at the discretion of the guide, for any reason.
• Extra tours can only be conducted if there are at least 10 participants. If there are fewer participants, they may be conducted at the discretion of the guide, and prices may be adjusted if necessary. PASSWORLD cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of these excursions or tours.
• Extra tours en route will only take place if there are at least 10 participants from the group. Guests who do not wish to participate will wait at the rest stop.
• Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. PASSWORLD cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of these excursions or tours.
• Museum and archaeological site entrance fees are not included in the prices.
• PASSWORLD reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the same star rating.
• All hotel names mentioned in the programs are equivalents of similar hotels and are provided as examples in terms of star category and distance. This does not guarantee accommodation at the specified hotel.
• Triple rooms include an extra bed; the third bed is smaller than a standard bed and is an additional fold-out bed.
• Child discounts are only valid for children within a specific age group staying with two adults.
• In cases where children under 18 (who are not considered adults) are not accompanied by one or both of their parents, the necessary consent forms must be carried by the individuals during the trip.
• The “PASSWORLD Sales Agreement” applies in case of cancellation or changes.
