NOTES

• Passengers traveling to England for tourism purposes must have health insurance. A passport valid for at least 12 months is mandatory for international travel. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry is not permitted with torn or damaged passports.
• For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 12 months and all documents specified in the visa application document list (available from our agencies) must be submitted to the agency with written confirmation at least one month before the tour departure date. The visa must be obtained from the first country of entry or the country of the longest stay on the tour; otherwise, PASSWORLD is not responsible if the passport police refuse entry. In case of tour cancellation, visa and insurance fees are non-refundable.
• PASSWORLD acts only as an intermediary between the consulate and our clients and has no responsibility whatsoever if the visa is not approved, not issued on time, or if there are errors in the visa; the passenger has no right to compensation from PASSWORLD under any circumstances. PASSWORLD acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated on the passport must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or changes to airline tickets due to incorrect information will incur no-show fees, which will be charged to the passenger. Flight times may change before departure, and all times must be confirmed in writing by our central office 48 hours prior to the departure date. The destination city may vary. PASSWORLD cannot be held responsible for any time changes or delays that may occur by the airlines. PASSWORLD is not responsible for any changes in domestic connecting flights for passengers who do not confirm their flight times and routes.
• Group tickets are subject to airline regulations; if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.
• The general baggage allowance on flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. For domestic flights in the destination countries, this weight may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of PASSWORLD.
• If the number of participants in the package tour is insufficient, the tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer 20 days in advance.
• The tour route specified in the tour program is an example route, and changes may occur in the tour itinerary. City sightseeing tours may be conducted on the following day(s) depending on the arrival time in the city. The excursions specified in the programs may be conducted on a different day(s) than those specified, at the discretion of the guide, for any reason.
• Extra tours can be conducted if there is a minimum participation of 10 people; if there is less participation, they may be conducted at the discretion of the guide and, if necessary, with price adjustments. PASSWORLD cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of these trips or tours.
• Extra tours along the route will only take place if at least 10 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will wait at the rest stop.
• Trips or tours that are not permitted to be visited or undertaken for any reason by local authorities will not be conducted. PASSWORLD cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of these trips or tours.
• Museum and archaeological site entrance fees are not included in the prices.
• PASSWORLD reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the same star category. All hotel names mentioned in the programs are equivalents of similar hotels and are written as examples in terms of star category and distance. It does not mean that accommodation will be in the hotel with the specified name.
• Triple rooms have an extra bed, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed and is an extra fold-out bed.
• Child discount is only valid for children within a certain age group staying with 2 adults. If children under the age of 18 (who are not considered adults) are not accompanied by one or both of their parents on the tour, the necessary consent forms must be carried by the individuals during the trip. The “PASSWORLD Sales Agreement” applies in case of cancellation or changes.
