NOTES

• Passengers traveling to London for tourism purposes must have health insurance. A passport valid for at least 12 months is mandatory for international travel. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry is not permitted with torn or damaged passports.
• For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 12 months and all documents listed in the visa application document list (available from our agencies) must be submitted to the agency with written confirmation at least one month before the tour departure date. The visa must be obtained from the first country of entry or the country of the longest stay; otherwise, PASSWORLD is not responsible if passport control refuses entry. In case of tour cancellation, visa and insurance fees are non-refundable.
• PASSWORLD acts only as an intermediary between the consulate and our clients and bears no responsibility for any visa not being approved, not being issued on time, or errors in the visa; the passenger has no right to compensation from PASSWORLD in any way. PASSWORLD acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated on the passport must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Any cancellations or changes to airline tickets due to incorrect information will incur a no-show fee, which will be charged to the passenger.
• Flight times may change before departure, and all times must be confirmed in writing by our passengers by calling the central office 48 hours before the departure date.
• The destination city may vary. PASSWORLD cannot be held responsible for any time changes or delays that may occur by the airline.
• PASSWORLD is not responsible for any changes in domestic connecting flights for passengers who do not confirm their flight times and routes. For group tickets, there is an airline rule that if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.
• The general baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. For domestic flights in the countries visited, this weight limit may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of PASSWORLD.
• If the number of participants in the package tour is insufficient, the tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer 20 days in advance.
• The tour route specified in the tour program is an example route and the tour itinerary may change. City sightseeing tours may be conducted on the following day(s) depending on the arrival time in the city. The excursions specified in the programs may be conducted on a different day(s) than specified, at the discretion of the guide, for any reason.
• Extra tours can be conducted if there is a minimum of 10 participants; if there are fewer participants, they may be conducted at the discretion of the guide and, if necessary, with price adjustments. PASSWORLD cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of these excursions or tours.
• Extra tours along the route will take place if there is at least 10 participants from the group. Guests who do not wish to participate will wait at the rest stop.
• Tours or excursions that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. PASSWORLD cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or excursions.
• Museum and archaeological site entrance fees are not included in the prices.
• PASSWORLD reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the same star rating. All hotel names mentioned in the programs are equivalents of similar hotels and are written as examples in terms of star rating and distance. This does not mean that accommodation will be in the specified hotel.
• Triple rooms have an extra bed; the third bed is smaller than a standard bed and is an additional fold-out bed.
• Child discounts are only valid for children within a specific age group staying with two adults.
• In cases where children under 18 years of age are not accompanied by one or both of their parents, the necessary consent forms must be carried by the individuals during the trip. In case of cancellation and changes, the “PASSWORLD Sales Agreement” applies.
